Board-certified. Still learning. Often outdoors.

Dr. Keith is a board-certified chiropractor who specializes in family and sports chiropractic and wellness care. He completed his doctorate in Chiropractic at Palmer West Chiropractic College in 1999.

He has been an active competitor in road, mountain, and gravel cycling for over 30 years. Because of those sports activities, he is very experienced in diagnosing and treating sports injuries. When he is not in the office he is riding one of his bikes, hiking some mountain, or looking for the next remote adventure.

We will do everything we can to ensure that our patients are comfortable. We are proud to help people heal after an accident or injury and diminish unwanted discomfort.

Riding, trails, and quiet water

Road, mountain, and gravel cycling for more than 30 years, plus hikes and days spent outside. The photos are part of that life — the same one that informs how Dr. Keith thinks about movement.

The spine, and the rest of you

The spine is an important and integral part of your body, and any misalignments in your backbone have the potential to affect many different parts of your body, sometimes areas that may seem completely unrelated. We will be able to determine where your problem lies and discuss the various treatments available.

Even after just a few treatments, you will be amazed at how much better you feel. You will gain mobility, have increased circulation, and may even start to lose some weight. Chiropractic care can really make a world of difference to you.

If you have any questions about how we can get you out of pain or improve your overall quality of life, please don’t hesitate to contact us today at (661) 679-7902.

Philosophy

Eat Well, Move Well, Think Well

Eat Well

We know that eating well matters. In addition to a good lifestyle, we offer in-house nutritional and herbal therapies to help support normal physiologic processes and overall health.

  • Start each day with a nutritious breakfast
  • Eat as many organic fruits and vegetables as possible
  • Drink only water
  • Eat only organic grass-fed meats and raw dairy
  • Supplement healthy fatty acids (omega-3s) and take a high-quality probiotic

Avoid

  • Artificial flavors and sweeteners
  • Trans fats
  • Genetically modified foods
  • Microwaves

Support offered

  • Adrenal and hormonal support
  • Healthy fatty acid intake
  • Healthy regulation of blood sugar
  • Support of digestion and breakdown of food
  • Support of mood and mental clarity
  • Healthy brain and neurological support
  • Support for pregnant women and infants

Move Well

Dr. Keith strives to maximize spinal and extra-spinal ranges of motion so that you can move well. As a patient, you will be taught movements that promote adaptation, endurance, and longevity — understanding that movement is not a remedy for disease, but a requirement for overall health.

As an active participant in your care, you will find yourself doing the things you were once unable to do because of an injury or restriction, whether it be back to playing golf, lifting up your child, or getting back to work.

Patients report

  • Decreased pain
  • Symptomatic relief
  • Decreased occurrence of injuries
  • Reduced frequency, intensity, and severity of headaches
  • Improved athletic performance
  • Increased stability and overall body symmetry
  • Increased hours of uninterrupted sleep
  • Enhanced work productivity

Think Well

Thinking well means having not only a healthy body but also a healthy mind. Dr. Keith understands the mind’s powerful effect on the body. Each of us, from childhood to adulthood, is exposed to uniquely diverse environments, thought patterns, and belief systems. All living things respond physically to their perceptions of reality. In order for us to change or improve our health, we must first change our beliefs about what is possible.
